Snooze You Lose in Today's Real Estate Marketsiesta

Looking to buy a house in Brevard County, FL?  With today's low level of real estate inventory, it is very important to be pro-active in your home search.  Otherwise, if "You Snooze"..."You Lose".

Here are a couple of things you can do to avoid missing out when a great listing hits the market.

  • Work with a Realtor® who studies the market daily, will notify you immediately when a new listing becomes available, and is willing to show you homes ASAP.
  • If you are financing your purchase, obtain a pre-approval letter from your lender before you look at homes.  You don't want to lose a house to another buyer who was prepared with all the necessary documents needed to make an offer.
  • Be willing to adjust your schedule to see new listings ASAP and communicate often with your agent.
  • Be prepared to make a decision and submit an offer when you find the right house.

I work hard to make sure that my customers have access to the hottest new listings and get to see them right away.  I know what it takes to achieve success in this real estate market, and I would like to assist you with finding your dream home in Brevard County, FL.

Great blog post - every buyer should read - in our market buyers have 1-2 days to move on a new listing. Regards Dave

I agree with David buyes should read this.  Back in September I had a buyer make a full price back up offer the day after signed contracts were mailed to the buyers attorney.  The were informed that contracts were signed and they would be back up.  They offered full price and asked if they could do anything to get their offer in.  They were very disappointed they had seen the house on line the week prior and waited until that day to call about the house.
